Taste: Fresh, light taste with spice notes and a floral scent. Skin is nutty.
Texture: Buttery, smooth flesh
Additional notes on taste: Almost musky in a pleasant way. The sweet notes are not honey, which is so common with smooth fleshed pears, and are more vinous.
